Job Summary
Supervisor, Prevention leads recruitment, training, and supervision of staff/volunteers to implement HIV prevention programs, conducts outreach and education for priority populations, collaborates with partners, manages budgets and program plans, generates reports, and participates in leadership activities within an integrated HIV care and prevention model at Vivent Health.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, community health, social work, or related field
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of HIV/AIDS, PrEP, and AODA issues (preferred)
- Ability to travel within service delivery area
- Ability to lead organizational change and collaborate with partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in leadership roles and supervision of staff (preferred)
- HIV Prevention Certified Provider and CHES/CPH certifications preferred
