Job Summary
Oversee patient flow and team operations within the Urgent Care Royalton practice, preparing work schedules, managing charge capture, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Direct daily activities, including staffing levels, workflows, and patient experience monitoring, while arranging coverage for sick calls, vacations, and leaves. Provide written and oral instructions to team members, conduct performance reviews, and mentor staff to ensure policy adherence and professional growth. Approve invoices as directed and act as a liaison between providers, team members, and the practice manager to facilitate safe, cost-effective patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area
- 2 years of relevant experience of recent relevant supervisor experience in health care/medical practice or related work
- 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare leadership, or relevant leadership experience informal or formal
