Job Summary
Porter Supervisor responsible for inventory management, ordering, receiving, and coordinating logistics for Culinary/FOOD & BEVERAGE operations; oversees staff scheduling, payroll, and performance development; ensures food safety and QA practices; handles vendor relations, invoicing, and purchase orders; supports event setup and heavy lifting; requires leadership experience and ability to manage porters, with strong attention to inventory accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of inventory experience
- 2+ years of restaurant or retail food service experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience

- ITAR REQUIREMENTS: U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
