Job Summary
Lead and coordinate polymer-injection molding operations on the 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:30am) in Franklin, WI, driving KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Oversee full-cycle molding from compounding to production and machine maintenance, ensure product quality, maintain KPI boards, and manage department scheduling and resource coordination. Partner with leadership to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing area; supervise a team of skilled operators, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement. Requires 3–5 years of mold operation/maintenance experience with team leadership, knowledge of epoxy formulas, and strong communication and data-analysis skills. Proficiency with Oracle HCM and Microsoft Office is preferred; ability to work varied hours and maintain a safe work environment. Equal opportunity employer statement included.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in mold machine operation/maintenance experience in a production environment, including team leadership experience
- Knowledge of full-cycle mold operations processes, including machine operation, maintenance, and material formulation (compounding)
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities
- Ability to work outside of normal working hours based on business needs
- Hazardous Goods
- Forklift Certification
- RCRA Training
- SAT/ERT oriented
- Proficient computer skills (Oracle HCM, Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma (preferred: Associate’s degree in technical discipline, Operations, Engineering, or related field)
