Supervisor Plus (All Areas)

Supervisor Plus role across Butlin’s resort in Minehead focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Responsible for hands-on oversight of team performance across accommodation and multiple venues (Buffets, Bars & Shops, Restaurants & QSRs, Splash pool, and Sports & Activities), coaching and developing staff to meet targets (e.g., add-on sales, promotions), driving audits and compliance, ensuring stock availability and quality standards, and maintaining strong cross-department relationships. Key duties include coaching team members, delivering customer-focused service, leading by example in food safety and hygiene, supporting onboarding and performance management, and ensuring communications and plans are executed to support guest satisfaction and brand standards.
