Supervisor, Plant Maintenance - Recycling

Manage the preventive maintenance program and oversee all plant equipment and facilities to minimize unscheduled downtime. Develop and administer an organization qualified to maintain assets in safe, efficient working conditions while scheduling repairs to reduce operational interference. Analyze cost studies to secure reduced operating costs and make recommendations to the Plant Manager. Provide leadership and maintenance training to MRF Maintenance Technicians, ensuring inspections and corrective repairs meet company standards. Coordinate efficient facility operations with project engineers and manage spare parts supplies. This 2nd shift role (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Mon-Fri) supports WM's state-of-the-art recycling facility, a safety-sensitive position requiring strict compliance with all protocols.
