Supervise store outlets by managing resources, stock, and sales while recruiting, training, and appraising staff. Monitor financial performance, maintain records, and oversee pricing control to maximize profitability and productivity. Handle customer complaints, liaise with management, and prepare promotional displays to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Motivate staff to meet sales targets and provide opportunities for advancement.
