Job Summary
Supervisor, Warehouse on-site role supervising daily warehouse operations on a single line, including order fulfillment, inventory movement, and documentation; monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory control for replenishment; track line KPIs such as shipping accuracy, throughput, and on-time delivery; implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors; enforce safety protocols and compliance with FDA/OSHA and internal standards; maintain equipment/storage conditions and coordinate repairs; collaborate with Quality Inspection, Planning, and Transportation to resolve line-level issues; support training and development of line staff and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations
- Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar warehouse management systems preferred
- Knowledge of shipping and inventory processes within regulated industries
- Familiarity with FDA and OSHA quality/compliance standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to interpret KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
