Job Summary
Pharmacy Supervisor provides day-to-day guidance for a team within a shift, applying advanced clinical and technical knowledge to direct staff and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading staff, coordinating pharmacist duties as needed, participating in budgeting and performance reviews, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and driving process improvements and adoption of new practices within established policies. Requires Doctor of Pharmacy degree and licensure in good standing; five+ years of experience preferred; strong knowledge of drugs, regulations, and safety in a rural health system setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
- License in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy and/or multi-state licensure privileges as required by position
