Job Summary
Supervises production associates in loading/unloading freight, oversees cycle counts and inventory replenishments, and ensures safety and procedural compliance. Partners with subordinates to resolve questions, reviews production areas for accuracy and conformance, and recommends changes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and targets entry-level leadership with a 3-6 year material handling background. On-site responsibilities at Fort Wayne facility with standard safety and background checks; coordinates with customers and site stakeholders in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Required Qualifications
