Job Summary
Supervisor, Performance Marketing responsible for supporting the planning and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across performance channels (Search, Social, Programmatic/Video, Affiliates, CTV) to drive subscriber growth and revenue targets for Disney+ LATAM. Partners with Creative, Brand, Lifecycle/CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to support testing initiatives (creative, audiences, landing flows) and improve conversion performance, coordinates with global channel leads and external agencies to ensure proper campaign execution, tracking, and alignment with best practices, and contributes to performance analysis, forecasting, and experimentation frameworks to optimize efficiency (CPA) and overall impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Paid Media
- Hands-on experience in performance channels (Search, Social, Programmatic/Video)
- Solid understanding of performance metrics (CPA, conversion rates, ROAS)
- Understanding of attribution and incrementality concepts
- Experience with testing and optimization frameworks
- Experience in digital-first or subscription-based businesses (streaming, e-commerce, marketplaces, etc.) is a plus
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads (or similar platforms) is required
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with dashboards (Looker or similar BI tools)
- Exposure to MMM, SQL
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (local and/or global teams)
- Analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to work with data, build basic forecasts, and translate performance metrics into business insights
- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Clear and structured communication
- Proactive attitude and ownership of Advanced level of English
