Job Summary
Supervisor at West Quesnel Save-On-Foods. Lead the store team with coaching and mentorship, ensure Always Customer First service, support management with operations including customer experience, health and safety, food safety, merchandising, and front-end operations. Collaborate across departments, monitor performance via HR/financial metrics, drive sales and customer loyalty, assist with inventory and stocktaking. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long periods, and working in hot/cold environments. 2-4 years retail leadership experience; Food Safe Certification; post-secondary business-related education is an asset. Strong communication, collaboration, initiative, EQ, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are expected.
