Lead the Food & Nutrition Services (FANS) department with clinical and non-clinical oversight, including evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and scheduling. Drive departmental process improvements, maintain effective communication within Inspira and with external customers, and oversee patient services programs to support quality and productivity. Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent, at least two years of supervisory experience, and Serv Safe Certification (or plan to obtain within 6 months). Demonstrates ability to supervise staff, manage quality standards, and ensure safe, efficient kitchen and patient-service operations in a loud, high-activity environment. Practical knowledge of kitchen elements, safety procedures, and patient-tray delivery responsibilities is expected.
