Job Summary
Oversee front-end production and manage staff at the PennWest Edinboro Food Court, performing duties to maintain smooth operations, cover staffing shortages, and step into open positions. Comply with all food and physical safety policies while communicating issues regarding customer service, cleanliness, or security to management. Requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand frequently. Candidates must have previous culinary/foodservice experience, successful team leadership experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications

- Flexibility, reliability, and ability to perform essential functions of various positions within the operation
- Previous culinary/foodservice experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Successful team leadership experience
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
