Supervisor Pediatric Rehabilitation Services

Supervisor of pediatric rehabilitation services with 30% direct patient care and 70% supervision across Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital with oversight of the Rockford, MI site. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the operational effectiveness of rehabilitation services; performing duties of licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or Speech-Language Pathologists as appropriate; assisting with policy, procedures, and processes; goal setting, program development, fiscal management, resource allocation, standards of care, policy interpretation, human resource development, performance improvement, and maintenance of interdisciplinary collaborative relationships. Requires Associate’s degree (PTA or certified therapy assistant program) with licensure/certification as listed; Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation or related field preferred. Minimum 1+ year of related clinical experience. BLS required. Primary location at Grand Rapids, MI with oversight of Rockford, MI site. Full-time, daytime hours; on-site work.
