Job Summary
Senior leadership role managing Payment Operations with oversight of wire, ACH, and related treasury management services. Leads day-to-day team activities, process improvement, policy development, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for staff coaching, performance management, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, timely payment processing and reporting. Requires extensive banking operations experience, supervisory capabilities, and knowledge of payment rails and regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of Bank Operations experience in a back office capacity
- 3+ years supervisory or management experience
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) or equivalent accreditation (strongly preferred)
- Deep knowledge of ACH, Wire or TM Fulfillment operational duties, policies, and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of Federal Regulations and bank policies
