Supervisor Patient Care Delivery RN - Part Time Night

Coordinate patient flow and supervise regional float staff, staffing office, and transfer center during 12-hour night shifts. Exercise command decisions to direct patient placement throughout the NorCal Region and manage safety-related situations. Intervene in staffing decisions, patient assignments, and regional referral/transfer patients as necessary. Direct daily operational and personnel activities for Patient Placement and the NorCal Regional Transfer Center while fostering teamwork across departments, clinics, and physicians. Develop policies and standards of care to ensure nursing care needs are met. Requires a California Registered Nurse License, three years of acute care experience, and BLS certification.
