Oversee daily Patient Access operations by managing staff schedules, monitoring productivity, and ensuring accurate completion of registration and cashier functions. Serve as a system administrator for Insurance Payer, Kronos, and DCR tracker systems, providing training to providers and assisting with equipment maintenance. Act as a subject matter expert for assigned areas, fostering an environment of trust and teamwork across the Pekin Hospital campus.
