Supervise Patient Access operations in the Emergency Department, managing patient flow and staff performance to enhance patient satisfaction and optimize departmental efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of customer service experience including related hospital, clinic, medical office, business services/revenue cycle, front line registration, financial counseling, banking, hotel, retail and/or customer service related experience
- 2 years of customer service experience with a bachelor’s degree
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to travel throughout and between facilities
- Must work a flexible work schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekend, holiday, on call availability)
