Job Summary
Supervisor Patient Access oversees 24/7 on-site Access Services staff (including PBX, patient scheduling, and clinic registrars) with responsibility for staff scheduling, implementing standardized operational improvements, and ensuring adherence to regulations and disaster response coordination. The role supports patient and provider interactions, collaborates with facility leadership, and focuses on quality results, caregiver engagement, and patient experience for the ministry. Evening 8-hour shifts and full-time status are noted; preferred Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience, plus experience in healthcare access services and people management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/experience
- 3 years experience in an integrated healthcare system in any aspect of access services or a related position
- 2 years personnel management, supervisory or lead experience of a team(s) of 5 or more
- Demonstrates experience designing and implementing process changes, and successfully implementing standardized operational improvements, in collaboration with other leadership
