Job Summary
Provide leadership and supervise employees and daily operations of facility-based Patient Access Services, including IP/OP and ED registration and Financial Counseling. Manage assigned functional areas across one or more hospital facilities. Requires three years of revenue cycle experience, with five years in related healthcare revenue cycle and two years supervisory experience preferred. Previous Epic experience and Healthcare Financial Management Association certification are also preferred.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's from a recognized college or university
- 5 years of related Revenue Cycle healthcare experience, preferably within PAS
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Previous Epic experience
- Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative
