Supervisor Patient Access-CHI St Josephs Health Park Rapids

Monitor, coordinate, and evaluate daily staff activities in the Registration department to ensure efficient patient access and high satisfaction. Provide clear direction for prior authorization and scheduling processes while researching and resolving customer inquiries and errors. Administer daily tasks, manage annual budgets to control overtime, and communicate budgetary impacts to management. Develop and implement new guidelines, procedures, and training materials to support regulatory compliance and ensure staff adherence to internal standards. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with three years of relevant experience.
