Job Summary
Supervisor Key Holder role supporting the Store Manager in operations and sales management, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving store goals. Responsibilities include replenishing inventory, executing marketing and promotional changes per company directives, supporting training of sales associates, promoting merchandise, maintaining visual standards, analyzing reports and inventory opportunities, managing staffing levels, communicating loss prevention incidents, and motivating staff. Requires 1-2 years of retail experience, a high school degree, flexible availability, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to move/lift up to 25 pounds. Works on-site in Grand Prairie, TX.
