Job Summary
Supervisor Key Holder supports the Store Manager in operations and sales management to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achievement of store goals. Responsibilities include replenishing merchandise, executing marketing/promotional changes per company directives, assisting with training sales associates, maintaining store appearance, monitoring inventory and reports, planning workflow, staffing alignment with business trends, loss prevention reporting, pricing and visual merchandising execution, and communicating store performance and opportunities. Emphasizes product knowledge, customer service excellence, and adherence to policies while motivating and guiding the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree
- 1-2 years retail experience
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds
