Conduct daily store operations including cash handling, merchandise shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining policy compliance. Supervise the retail team in the absence of other management members, providing consistent coaching on sales training and service behaviors to ensure brand equity and customer satisfaction. Proactively resolve consumer concerns and partner with store management to flex business strategies for meeting daily sales and performance goals. Deliver formal performance feedback and participate in training new hires on product knowledge, loss prevention, and store programs. Manage elevated consumer issues collaboratively with store leadership while adhering to all Levi's® policies and procedures.
