Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide product assistance, and model service standards while coaching others to success. Lead an assigned business focus area through planning, execute Leader on Duty responsibilities, and respond to customer concerns with appropriate resolution. Utilize feedback to identify opportunities, build loyalty through sponsored programs, and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager. Support the team with asset protection, safety awareness, and operational controls. Maintain a genuine customer focus, foster an inclusive environment, and become a product and brand expert from preemie to size 14. Perform these duties while managing multiple tasks, utilizing computer skills, and adhering to a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
