Job Summary
Coach and model exceptional customer service while overseeing daily work activities for team members across store departments. Provide direction on sales transactions, loss prevention, and merchandising standards to ensure operational soundness. Act as the Manager-on-Duty at satellite locations or in the absence of upper management, assisting with assigning projects and resolving escalated customer issues. Perform routine housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, and window cleaning while maintaining a flexible weekly schedule year-round.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for employment
- Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills needed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a retail setting preferred
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills to match customers to products that meet their needs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
