Job Summary
Coach and model Wow customer service while overseeing daily work activity for team members across departments. Act as Manager-on-Duty to enforce loss prevention, ensure proper merchandising, and resolve customer issues or complaints. Assign focused direction to manage multiple projects and assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid. Perform routine housekeeping including dusting, mopping, and trash removal while maintaining operational soundness. Maintain working knowledge of all store departments to provide daily support and guidance. Part-time availability required for weekly schedules year-round with set or varying shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for employment
- Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills needed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a retail setting preferred
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills to match customers to products that meet their needs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
