Supervisor -Parking and Transportation

Oversee all on-campus and off-campus parking and transportation operations, including self-parking, valet services, employee shuttles, and patient transport initiatives. Develop operational plans to maximize parking capacity, monitor occupancy trends, and implement process improvements using Six-Sigma methodologies. Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with ADA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards. Manage revenue control systems (PARCS), coordinate vendor contracts for valet and transportation services, and oversee staff performance evaluations and recruitment. Support emergency continuity plans and serve as the primary liaison between Public Safety, Facilities, and Clinical Operations to enhance the patient journey. Requires a Florida driver's license, associate's degree, and four years of experience in parking or healthcare operations.
