Job Summary
Supervisor, Paid Social Media to lead the One Marketplace paid social strategy for national clients. Responsibilities include shaping paid social initiatives across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and PMD tech; overseeing day-to-day client operations and internal teams; training and supervising staff; translating brand strategy into paid social tactics; focusing on measurement/tracking capabilities and direct response; strong organizational skills to balance deadlines; mentorship and leadership of the team; building relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. Requires 4+ years in paid social, agency experience, hands-on platform work, and a hybrid NY-based role.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years’ working with paid social media and strategy.
- 1-2+ years’ advertising agency or media agency experience.
- Hands On Keyboard experience in working in social platforms.
