Supervisor, Overnight Stocking

Plans, directs, and supervises team members in daily store operations, serving as mentor and coach to ensure customer service and sales goals are exceeded. Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and maintain prime shopping hours and product presentation. Responsible for staffing, hiring, and managing P&L while achieving sales targets and controlling shrink. Ensures thorough training completion, promotes succession planning, and documents disciplinary actions. Models courteous service, communicates the Meijer Friendly Initiative, and maintains a safe work environment. Requires one year of management experience, P&L analysis skills, and reliable attendance.
