Job Summary
Supervisor, Outpatient Services – lead clinical and administrative supervision for Outpatient department staff; provide trauma-informed individual and/or family case management; oversee program development, staff performance appraisals, and outreach to engage clients; ensure services align with budgeted units and revenue targets; collaborate as part of an integrated behavioral/primary care team; require Ohio licensure (LISW/LPCC/IMFT) and a valid driver’s license. The role involves supervising staff, delivering direct client care as needed, and maintaining organizational commitments to equitable, trauma-informed care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Master’s Degree in Social Work/Mental Health/Marriage and Family Therapy
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience
- Licensed in the State of Ohio with LISW/LPCC/IMFT
- State of Ohio Supervisory designation (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have an acceptable driving record (4 points or less)
- Reliable transportation and automobile insurance with minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 and property damage of $50,000
- Excellent supervisory, organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrative ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- Experience utilizing data to make decisions (preferred)
