Job Summary
Supervise outpatient registration services and scheduling for Spaulding Foxborough and Sandwich Pediatrics clinics, managing front office support staff and optimizing clinical and financial information collection. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate registration and scheduling processes to meet department standards, while coordinating weekly payroll submissions and maintaining comprehensive office paperwork statistics. Monitor office supply inventory, file invoices and requisitions, and ensure accurate performance evaluations are completed in accordance with organization standards. Promote collaboration among the outpatient care team and uphold organizational values of innovation, collaboration, accountability, respect, and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate program in health care related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to analyze and develop statistical reports
- Safely execute all job responsibilities without risking injury to self or patients
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with patients and families
- Computer proficiency required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous management experience preferred
- Microsoft office applications preferred with ability to learn new software
- Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse population
- Work independently, be self-directed and contribute as a member of a team
