Job Summary
Oversee the Outpatient Behavioral Health program: supervise staff, ensure quality, compliance, and achievement of direct service benchmarks; provide clinical guidance to staff; monitor and document supervision and training; review clinical documentation for medical necessity and appropriate treatment recommendations; recruit and retain high-performing staff; conduct annual performance reviews; manage onboarding and ongoing staff development; and provide direct care for a caseload while maintaining leadership in clinical crisis situations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work (related field)
- Certification: LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW (within 2 years) per IDFPR
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in behavioral health
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with multidisciplinary team
- Ability to document and use computer systems; clinical guidance能力
- Leadership skills; supervise program staff; conduct performance reviews; onboarding and training
- Clinical duties including direct care for a caseload and crisis leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of medical necessity and treatment recommendations; ability to review clinical documentation
