Supervisor - Outpatient Behavioral Health (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) - Pekin

Oversee the outpatient community behavioral health program and provide daily staff supervision to ensure quality, compliance, and direct service benchmarks. Deliver clinical guidance to staff, review clinical documentation for medical necessity, recruit and retain high‐performing team members, and conduct annual performance reviews. Maintain program leadership during clinical crises, manage onboarding and ongoing staff training, monitor productivity and compliance, and serve as a liaison with referral sources and contractual entities to safeguard program outcomes. The role entails direct care for a caseload and leadership responsibilities within a multidisciplinary healthcare and community service team, with LPHA responsibilities as credentialed, and a strong focus on documentation, quality improvement, and program development.
