Supervisor Outlet Operations

Monitor daily and monthly sales performance to support executive goals and ensure maximum business results. Maintain high standards for customer service and gift item production through regular checks and monitoring. Adhere to all stock, cash, and credit card handling procedures, investigating discrepancies immediately with appropriate action. Enforce company rules and regulations across the team while assisting with marketing and promotion activities. Perform ad hoc duties as required by the immediate manager. This role requires at least one year of F&B experience, a relevant diploma or SPM, and the ability to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
