Job Summary
Monitor supply inventories, analyze product usage, and oversee par level adjustments to optimize stock levels for perioperative services. Lead a dedicated team by setting work schedules, resolving personnel issues, and coaching staff to ensure workflow efficiency. Utilize data analytics to anticipate supply needs, make independent decisions on shortages, and communicate interruptions to perioperative leaders. Coordinate deliveries, reconcile purchase orders, and address invoice discrepancies while ensuring regulatory compliance for storage and recalled items. Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to implement standardized inventory strategies and promote continuous process improvement using Lean methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computer skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Two years in a leadership role preferred
- Five years inventory experience preferred
- Perioperative supply experience preferred
- Materials Management Information System and point of use supply software experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
