Job Summary
Lead a team of Brand Protection Analysts by implementing brand-specific enforcement strategies to address online threat vectors and recapturing client profits. Recruit, train, and develop Brand Analysts while managing performance against customer and analyst KPIs. Act as the escalation point for team needs, deescalating conflicts and providing resolutions. Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and drive efficiencies through creative problem-solving and workflow improvements. Provide clear communications to external clients and stakeholders while mentoring analysts toward individual career goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Mid to advanced level Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables/charts)
- Strong team leadership & motivation skills with the ability to drive project & customer priorities through team performance
- Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership for project and account outcomes
- Ability to identify and communicate trends through data and data-driven visuals
- Strong technical aptitude including ability to troubleshoot problems or streamline workflows as required
- Highest level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately
- Inquisitive, learning mindset, and comfortable asking questions
- Self-motivated, flexible and able to adapt to client and organizational changes
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience or equivalent industry experience and leadership training
Desired Qualifications
- Client management experience including use of CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Familiarity with IP law, grey market issues, and/or internet technologies
- Fluency in foreign language(s)
