Supervisor, Operations

Plan, coordinate work, train, and monitor the performance of team members operating material handling equipment in a Data Center 3PL environment. Document daily production metrics, identify safety and housekeeping hazards, and ensure compliance with standard work instructions. Liaise with the materials department to guarantee on-time receipt and shipment of materials while eliminating workplace accidents. This role requires a HS Diploma/GED and one to three years of supervisory experience in Data Center, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Logistics facilities. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of OHS, 5S, and Lean methodologies, and ability to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced setting.
