Job Summary
Supervisor - Operations oversees warehouse departments including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and housekeeping; reports to Manager/Senior Manager Operations; trains, coaches and counsels associates with at least 2 direct reports; ensures compliance with safety, audits, and company policies; focuses on meeting customer requirements and developing warehouse processes and procedures; responsible for coordinating work assignments, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining time/attendance records; requires strong communication, teamwork, and troubleshooting abilities; forklift certification is preferred; 3 years of warehouse and distribution operations experience and 1 year of leading warehouse associates; physically able to lift up to 50 pounds; basic computer skills.
