Job Summary
Operations Supervisor responsible for overseeing mall-wide facilities/maintenance operations, safety programs (OSHA/ADA/EPA), contract oversight, coordinating with tenants and contractors, managing preventive/predictive maintenance, reviewing engineering drawings, supporting annual budgets and long-range capital plans, and ensuring compliance with Simon standards and safety requirements. Requires supervisory experience, strong communication, vendor and contract management, budget oversight, and ability to interpret schematics and maintain safe, high-quality mall operations. Full-time role based in Queenstown, MD.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of experience in facility/maintenance operations in a supervisory position.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficient in the use of computers and programs such as Microsoft Office and other programs as applicable to the property
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
