Supervisor – Operations role responsible for overseeing day-to-day transit service operations, supervising frontline transit operators, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, managing scheduling, dispatch coordination, real-time monitoring, performance analytics (KPIs), and delivering high-quality customer service. Requires 3+ years in a supervisory role, a High School diploma or GED, and a Class B CDL with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements. Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays; prior union-environment experience preferred.
