Supervisor, Operations (Repack Programs)

Supervisor, Operations (SERC Produce Repack) oversees daily repack activities for fresh produce at the East Point site, directing a team to ensure safe, efficient production and on-time distribution to community partners. Responsible for optimizing workflows, inventory accuracy, and waste reduction; conducts regular quality checks and enforces food-safety standards (including USDA guidelines); trains and coaches staff, onboarding new team members; communicates daily progress and metrics to management; collaborates with Supply and Receiving to maintain safety and compliance; aims to improve processes and achieve daily production goals in a cold-storage warehouse environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required; onsite daily. Requires ability to lift 40 lbs and work in a warehouse setting with periodic travel as needed.
