Job Summary
Lead production through advanced manufacturing systems, processing, quality and maintenance to achieve operational goals within the SQCDPE framework (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People and Environment). Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost reduction; coach and develop team members; monitor KPIs, scheduling, and resource utilization; ensure GMP/SQF food safety, health & safety, and environmental standards; collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Distribution; support audits, payroll documentation, and regulatory/customer requirements; provide hands-on operational and quality support as needed. Must bring strong leadership, project management, budgeting skills, and knowledge of CMMS/ERP/MES, with excellent English communication and the ability to operate in a fast-paced consumer packaged goods environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of operations experience in leadership roles in consumer packaged goods and/or food manufacturing
