Job Summary
Supervisor Operations, ERM oversees day-to-day management of a travel consultant team, coaching and developing agents to meet KPI targets, manage crew movements/rotations/disruptions in a 24/7 global operations environment, ensure adherence to processes and service standards, and provide guidance on client travel policies. The role involves supervising and supporting agents (potentially virtual), reviewing operational processes, and contributing to learning programs to close competency gaps, with responsibilities spanning incident handling, queue management, and quality control across the travel operations function. Proficiency in ERM/marine travel operations, English communication, and Amadeus GDS is required. The role offers flexible working hours and remote opportunities within a global travel organization.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel operations is required
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
- Advanced GDS Amadeus skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated excellent professional customer service, coaching, and problem resolution skills
- Strong people management skills
