Job Summary
Lead warehouse operations by ensuring all physical movements are accurately reflected in the system and providing immediate response to service disruptions affecting the client. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to define operational requirements, implement new strategies, and coordinate action plans to resolve issues preventing optimal service levels. Monitor monthly dashboards, generate operational reports, and track personnel metrics including delays, absences, and overtime. Manage day-to-day execution of receipting, shipping, returns, and transfers while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Requires five years of supervision experience in distribution centers, retail operations, and Blue Yonder knowledge. Full-time role with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Ingeniería en logística, industrial
- Al menos cinco años de experiencia en posiciones de supervisión de operaciones dentro de Centros de Distribución
- Experiencia en manejo de embarques a tiendas departamentales
- Experiencia en manejo de operaciones de retail o consumo de un tamaño de alrededor de 7,000 m2
- Liderazgo de equipos de al menos 50 personas a cargo
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos diurnos incluyendo fin de semana
