Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily work processes and ensure compliance with safety and contractual standards. Responsibilities include monitoring operations, identifying inefficiencies, and providing performance management to a team of over 20 members. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of production leadership experience, particularly in print and mail, and be capable of managing workloads to meet service level agreements. This position requires adaptability to a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule and physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting materials. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.
