Job Summary
Oversee and direct a production team in a fast-paced aviation-catering environment; manage staffing, daily work-group meetings, and scheduling to meet labour productivity targets; ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, HACCP, and DOT; monitor and drive safety and quality initiatives; document and follow up on department processes to implement improvements; lead and develop staff to achieve productivity goals; participate in quality and lean manufacturing initiatives; requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and 1-3 years related experience; strong leadership and communication skills; working knowledge of GMP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and EPA regulations; proficient in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving and leadership skills
