Job Summary
Review inbound appointment logs and open order reports daily to plan work activities and determine staffing needs based on workload. Assign workers to specific duties, prepare work schedules, and expedites workflow while ensuring proper safety procedures are followed. Manage payroll, track productivity, and resolve discrepancies between inventory and stock control records by tracing item history. Directly supervise 50+ employees, interviewing, hiring, training, and addressing complaints in accordance with organizational policies. Maintain harmony among workers and ensure operational procedures are communicated and understood.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment required
- Experience leading a team of 50+ direct reports a must
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience utilizing 3PL a plus
