Job Summary
Lead and coach a travel-consultant team responsible for day-to-day management, KPI tracking, workload balance, and development of learning programs. Act as primary point of contact for the team, providing coaching to meet performance targets, and supplying clients with industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties. Maintain knowledge of regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas) and monitor GDS queues to ensure quality. Requires extensive corporate travel management experience, supervisory experience, Amadeus GDS expertise, strong problem-solving, and English communication skills. Rotating 24/7 shifts with days, nights, and weekends; role supports flexible work-from-home or remote opportunities. About BCD Media & Entertainment and BCD Travel with a global footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry
- Relevant supervising experience
- Advanced skills on GDS Amadeus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
